Zappos has left their mark in recent years by championing and delivering what many critics believe to be the best customer service in the industry.
So what is next in e-commerce innovations? The impact of social media is unquestionable but are retailers truly making the most out of the features inherent in social networks? In this 90-minute workshop, we will deconstruct emerging trends through a collaborative look at recently launched social shopping sites. Our goal is to assess and identify social shopping features, determine how they influence the marketing funnel and conversions, and use those grounding principles to ideate on new social shopping evolutions for the future.
